    Fast Duck Motors staff can easily manage customer queues through a desktop admin panel. The system supports multiple queues (currently 4 lines) and allows administrators to input initial customer information and place them in the appropriate line with ease.

    Customers can view their position in the queue from their Android or iOS devices, with real-time updates as the queue progresses. The queue automatically adjusts as customers are completed, ensuring a smooth and transparent process.
  • Automatic SMS Notifications:
    The app sends automatic SMS notifications to customers, informing them when it’s time to bring in their items for service. Additionally, customers receive a final notification with the total amount due once their service is completed, reducing the need for manual follow-ups.
